Creamy rice, soupy rice and fideuá noodles complete the à la carte menu. The cuisine is based on classical recipes prepared with modern techniques and locally-sourced quality products. They also place an emphasis on surprising presentations, whether because of the colour of the ingredients or the plate on which they are served. Good for family celebrations.
