This was the first restaurant to open in la Dehesa del Saler. A classic, unpretentious establishment situated in a grove of trees, with three dining areas and outdoor seating. They serve traditional, high-quality Valencian cuisine with dishes like esgarraet (grilled red pepper and cod salad), tomato from Perelló, and all i pebre (eel stew). And of course, they are specialists in rice dishes. Ideal for sharing a meal with family and friends. An informal, inviting place to dine well at a reasonable price.
