This restaurant, located in the heart of Alboraya’s market gardens, focuses on Valencian cuisine, good product and plenty of fire. The grill defines the popular morning meals, while the rice dishes and paellas, cooked over beechwood, take centre stage at lunchtime. The à la carte menu also has strong arguments beyond rice, such as cod fritters with kimchi, smoked tuna salad and titaina (local style of ratatouille) with bonito.
