Despite its location outside the city centre in an old farmhouse that belonged to the chef’s grandmother, this restaurant has established a solid reputation. It comprises a terrace and several dining rooms with the original vintage furniture. The rice dishes, flame-grilled meats and fish, and the innovatively presented starters made from Mediterranean ingredients attract all kinds of clientele. The turbot and sea bass are spectacular! Outstanding wine list and service. Food is served as set menus but you can add dishes from the à la carte menu, although that increases the bill considerably. One of the best grills in Valencia.
