A modern venue in the historic part of the city, close to the cathedral. They offer three set menus of creative cuisine, each with a different number of courses. Rice is the main dish at lunchtime and fish in the evening. The chef has a surprising take on some recipes and she’s also quite daring in that she serves some dishes that won’t be to everyone’s taste, such as the sang en ceba bite (boiled blood fried with onions) and the cauliflower in three textures. It’s worth ordering bread. Interesting wine pairings with labels that are quite rare. Impeccable service. A great experience.
