A modern venue in the historic part of the city, close to the cathedral. They offer three set menus of creative cuisine, each with a different number of courses. Rice is the main dish at lunchtime and fish in the evening. The chef has a surprising take on some recipes, such as the cremaet (coffee with a shot of rum), and she’s also quite daring in that she serves some dishes that won’t be to everyone’s taste, such as the sang en ceba bite (boiled blood fried with onions). It’s worth ordering bread. The wine pairings are interesting because the recommended labels are quite rare. Impeccable service. A great experience.
