At the Patio Herreriano Museum, this venture by chef Víctor Martín and his wife, Noemí Martínez – head of service and sommelier – serves tradition-based signature cuisine. The ingredients of Castile and León set the tone for much of the menu and is complemented by a splendid wine cellar housing over two hundred wines. The restaurant offers three tasting menus, in which meat, fish and produce from the vegetable garden are prepared with great care. The setting is elegant, intimate and welcoming, and the service is warm and friendly. It does not disappoint.
