Establishment with a pintxo bar, small dining room and terrace in the village of Kortezubi. A place where the locals gather for a pre-lunch drink and some excellent calamari. They also offer a reasonably priced tasting menu made up of six dishes that change according to the season. All expertly prepared from locally sourced ingredients. Highlights include smoked sardine on a veil of Idiazábal cheese and hake in txakoli and lime sauce. Enthusiastic staff and good service that attract a crowd every day.
