Signature cuisine in one of the trendiest areas in the centre of Bilbao. The restaurant is divided into two floors and decorated in blue tones that give the impression of being on a boat. A young team with enterprising ambitions in the kitchen and in the dining room. Very successful bar and terrace. Short yet varied menu with different flavours and textures. The creamy ham croquette, the salad with seafood mayonnaise and the hake in tempura are outstanding. Interesting wine list and very good recommendations from the staff. An address to keep in mind.
