The Puente Colgante Boutique Hotel features a large dining room with just eight elegantly draped tables and top-notch décor. Zuriñe García, one of the best Basque female chefs, presents a traditional cuisine updated with technique, creativity and mastery. The experience begins in the Cromwell cocktail lounge, where they welcome you with a glass of the house vermouth and an appetiser. Once at your table, you can choose between the à la carte menu or tasting menu. Foie gras and artichokes are some of the starters. The next course is fish, including a cod tasting, and the final course is a meat dish, such as oxtail in red wine. Good dining service. A place to come back.
