Family business run by the Kortabitarte brothers. Interior decorated in an understated, modern way featuring linen-draped tables. Innovative cuisine that combines local produce with cutting-edge techniques. Their originality has won them several pintxo competitions  and also extends to their names: Codwich, Txerriflower or Green Bilbao. On Thursday evenings they offer a competition menu, which is an opportunity to try their prize-winning dishes and new creations, in miniature form. If you order à la carte, don’t miss the veal cheeks or the carbonised eggs. Good wine selection. A must-visit in the area.
