A little corner of Cádiz in the centre of the Botxo, as locals fondly call Bilbao. Dining room and bar counter for a snack, or a great meal if you're in the mood for a treat. Design inspired by the sea and details that evoke the carefree spirit of the south. The Cádiz recipe book comprises classics such as salmorejo, chicharrón (Andalusian cold cut), almadraba bluefin tuna tataki, clams in Tio Pepe sauce, and plenty more. Prices are on the high side. Live flamenco on selected weekends.
