Traditional cuisine with small touches of modernity in this restaurant inside the Hotel Olajauregi. Beautiful building run by the Olabarri-Jauregi family. With a history going back more than eighty years, it still maintains its essence because of the great hospitality. It offers several set menus and two à la carte, one for the dining room and the other for snacks. The first confines itself to traditional flavours with dishes such as baby squid or oxtail. The second offers more casual dishes, in which the hamburgers and sandwiches stand out. Frequented by local people. A good place for celebrations.
