With over twenty years of experience and in a brand-new location, it is still one of the town’s go-to places. 20th century mansion, with pleasant terrace and large dining room, located in the Ondarreta batzoki (Basque Nationalist social club) in Getxo. The traditional Basque cuisine focuses on seasonal and local products. Good daily and weekend set menus and, of course, the tasting menu. The house specialty is snails a la vizcaína, as well as cod in pilpil sauce, baby squid in its ink and battered fried hake. A classic that is still just the same as the day it opened.
