This small restaurant, marked by elegant simplicity, is the project of three French friends who decided to change their lives and grow their own organic vegetable garden in Gatika. From there, they build an honest, ever-changing cuisine based on their own products and locally sourced ingredients. They offer a set lunch menu on Wednesday and Thursday at lunchtime and a tasting menu for dinner and on Friday and Saturday at lunchtime. The service is warm and welcoming, and the wine list, focused on small producers and reasonable prices, complements the experience with good judgement. A place that invites you to slow down and enjoy.
