Basque cuisine with a Japanese flair in the Deusto neighbourhood. Small, no-frills establishment with bare tables and a red and white colour scheme. The star dish is the chicken karaage, but the cod sea urchins with their spongy oriental tempura and the kamado chicken are excellent as well. For the less adventurous, there’s a pintxos bar and a daily special stew. A quirky little place that’s well worth a visit.
