This modest roadside inn has become a pilgrimage spot for mushroom lovers. The chef and owner, Gloria, is a true mycological encyclopaedia, with a remarkable talent for incorporating mushrooms into all kinds of dishes. She prepares them simply, stewed, with rice or legumes, or as a complement to game meats. There’s no set menu; instead, a different selection is created each season, depending on the ingredients available. A special and wonderfully authentic place.
