This small yet impressive restaurant serves traditional local cuisine, updated with freshness and finesse. Young chef Pablo González presents a menu based on the finest local products, enhanced with well-balanced creative touches. Standout dishes include pig’s ear with steamed mussels, oven-baked octopus with black garlic and venison with rosemary ice cream. For dessert, the Basque-style cheesecake is a must.
