In a former apothecary in the centre of Cariñena, a dining room with just seven tables serves traditional Aragonese cuisine, unaltered and true to its roots. Dishes like borage, cardoons, lamb, pig’s trotters, black pudding lasagne, stews, homemade desserts and local wines make up an honest offering based on seasonal ingredients and deep flavour. The atmosphere is homely and it’s common to find locals dining with their children. It's only open at lunchtime.
