She prepares high-quality cuisine with careful presentations through an à la carte menu and different set menus, catering to a variety of diners. Local products, vegetables, mushrooms, lamb and small game meats. A good selection of cheeses stands out. Teresa herself is also an ambassador for the Saffron of La Mancha PDO.
