A family-run tavern with experience since 1952, offering time-honoured regional cuisine. The dishes are made with quality ingredients and include hearty stews and rice dishes. The gazpachos manchegos with rabbit, free-range chicken, pigeon, milk cap mushrooms and mountain snails are outstanding. For dessert, the peach soufflé is a must. All is served in generous portions and accompanied by attentive service. The dining rooms are traditional and comfortable, and the bar area is ideal for more casual meals. A place that never disappoints.
