Set in a restored stone house, the intimate dining room seats just sixteen guests, with the forest and Monte Pindo visible through the large windows. From the open kitchen, a single seasonal tasting menu—carefully crafted by the chef—is served, focusing on local ingredients, especially from the sea and their own garden. The chef personally visits each table to explain the menu, in which Galician tradition and modern techniques coexist naturally. A place of authenticity, sensitivity and consistency.
