Isabel Pedrera

In an industrial estate on the outskirts of Alicante, this restaurant has become a place of pilgrimage for rice lovers, serving the dish according to the recipe of the province’s inland areas. The menu is rooted in traditional Alicante cuisine, featuring homemade cured meats, local ingredients and an exceptional rice with rabbit and snails cooked over a wood fire. It arrives thin, loose and infused with the distinctive aroma of vine shoots that makes all the difference. The venue is simple and includes a spacious terrace. This is a place to enjoy a way of cooking that has stood the test of time.
