This restaurant, set in a former farmhouse surrounded by gardens, has been part of Elche’s culinary history since 1984. Susi Díaz and her husband continue to run this family business, which their children have now joined. The cuisine evolves creatively, while remaining true to the Mediterranean roots and placing a strong emphasis on locally sourced products and ingredients from their own vegetable garden. The iconic white asparagus ice cream is sublime. Diners can choose from the à la carte menu, put together their own menu or opt for the tasting menu. An experience that leaves you wanting to return.
