Since 1962, this restaurant in the very heart of Vitoria has specialised in traditional, market-fresh cuisine with a modern twist, based on organic, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Grilled dishes take centre stage, featuring top-quality fish and meat, not to mention the croquettes. It was here, in 1976, that the goxua – one of the most iconic desserts in Basque pastry-making – was first served. It also offers a range of set menus for groups. Following several refurbishments, it retains its essence within modern, welcoming surroundings. A restaurant steeped in history that continues to look to the future.
