Located in the Palacio de Samaniego, a magnificent 17th-century manor house in the heart of the Rioja Alavesa, this restaurant forms part of the Rothschild family’s first hotel outside France. The venue exudes understated, elegant luxury, with spacious tables, warm and contemporary décor, and a pleasant terrace. Through a range of set menus, it offers Basque-French cuisine that showcases local ingredients, with particular emphasis on produce from the Rioja region’s vegetable gardens.
