The difficult access is part of the charm of this old mill tucked away amongst the mountains. In this house with soul, traditional Asturian cuisine has evolved without losing its essence. The menu combines stews and familiar flavours with more contemporary dishes, while retaining as staples the croquettes, tortos, verdina beans and, above all, the famous rice with pitu de caleya chicken. The setting is exceptional, with a rustic and cosy interior, a garden, a granary and tables set amongst the natural surroundings. It’s one of those places that makes the journey worthwhile and to which you’ll always want to return.
