Gastronomy could be the way to revive this former industrial zone: the proof lies in this restaurant founded by the young chef Diego García. From his modest kitchen he brings diners Asturian classic recipes with a special touch. The menu is ideal for sharing and includes references to local breeds and products such as gochu asturcelta (pork) or bermeyu kid and rula fish, fresh off the auction. Not to be missed is the oreya de asturcelta, local Austurian pig’s ear stewed with fried squid. The desserts are on a par with the other dishes on offer. Local wine and cider are also available. A sure bet!
