La Panoya

Nestled in the heart of the Cenera Valley, this historic establishment is embarking on a new chapter that builds on its established reputation while retaining its soul as a village restaurant. Asturian cuisine remains at the heart of the menu, but is now more refined and features subtle contemporary twists. Fabada stew and meat dishes sit alongside pitu de caleya chicken cannelloni, pig’s trotters with prawns, and carefully prepared fish. Locally sourced ingredients, beautiful presentations and homemade desserts round off a menu that continues to evolve while retaining its identity. The service remains warm and welcoming, and, weather permitting, dining beneath the granary adds to the charm. It’s certainly one to watch as it develops.
