This farmhouse belonging to the Rovira family brings together a restaurant, a hotel, a kitchen garden, and a poultry and livestock rearing area, in a project deeply rooted in the local territory. The kitchen presents local and seasonal ingredients through an honest, well-crafted Catalan cuisine. The sobrasada sausage with honey is already a house classic, alongside peas with butifarra sausage, beef Wellington and game dishes such as roe deer and hare. Enjoying the tasting menu paired with wines from the extensive cellar is a thoroughly rounded experience. An ideal place to stay and unwind.
