A peculiar place where the proprietor, Vidal, is also the chef and lone server. Logically, there aren’t many tables. Pale and slightly chilly décor. Elaborate signature cuisine offered in two set menus that convey the essence of the place and a short list of à la carte options. Excellent rice, salmon tataki and stews. Very professional despite being a one-man show. You have to try it.
