The venue exudes a sense of calm, with wooden beams, stone walls and large windows that make it a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle. His cuisine seeks to capture the essence of flavours through meticulous haute cuisine, with precise presentation, rich stocks and carefully crafted sauces.
