Chef Ruth Vicente’s culinary proposal is rooted in traditional recipes, to which she adds a creative, globetrotting touch. Her dishes, carefully presented and decorated with flowers and shoots, are designed to be shared. Highlights include the king prawn saam, the pig's trotter brioche and the lamb with Garam Masala migas. The cosy venue, with a bar and high and low tables, adapts to different occasions.
