This restaurant, located in an old stone house right in the historic centre of Trujillo, offers traditional cuisine with a modern touch, with embers and fire as the common thread. Local products are treated with the utmost respect. Guests can order à la carte or choose one of the tasting menus. Among their hits are the oxtail croquette, migas extremeñas (dish made out of breadcrumbs), Retinto beef cheek and Iberian pork rib. To pair with the food, there’s a wide selection of local wines.
