This restaurant, located in an old stone house right in the historic centre of Trujillo, offers traditional cuisine with a modern touch, with embers and fire as the common thread. Local products are treated with care and the utmost respect. Guests can order à la carte or choose one of the tasting menus. Don’t miss the Iberian tartare served on a crispy wheat cracker, the slow-cooked Iberian pancetta or the traditional migas (dish made out of breadcrumbs).
