The great Aitor Arregi of Elkano fame offers seafaring cuisine in a magnificent location with views of the sea. The venue is light-filled with impeccable and stylish décor and a terrace to match. The entire à la carte menu revolves around the sea, although the specialities are different types of fish flame-grilled to perfection. The core ingredients are local products from Cádiz and seasonal fish and crustaceans. Cádiz oyster, red sea bream, rubberlip grunt, snakelocks anemone, and much more. They also offer a tasting menu that varies according to the available products, and an extensive wine list.  Good dining service. A definite must.
