Shrine to almadraba bluefin tuna at Barbate harbour. Tuna is the star ingredient of most of the dishes, served in different versions: tuna and truffle toast, tuna carpaccio with lime sorbet and pine nuts, and ajoblanco with tarantello cubes. Several zones, each with their own atmosphere. The bar area with high tables and the terrace offer the same snack menu, whereas in the dining room you can choose between a formal à la carte menu and the tasting menu. Booking is essential, and even then there’s a long wait to be seated. Always a winner.
