In the heart of the Sierras Subbéticas, this restaurant offers contemporary market-fresh cuisine that reinterprets traditional stews without losing their essence. Garlic prawns arrive wrapped in gyozas, oxtail becomes a faux risotto and the croquettes are made with suckling pig and apple. In addition to the main menu, there are always some seasonal specials that are surprising. Service is warm and the value for money is excellent. A different proposal that stands out within the area’s usual offering.
