El Coto de Quevedo Origen. Hotel El Coto de Quevedo

This eatery, located in the El Coto de Quevedo Hotel alongside its older sibling, is where chef José Antonio Medina started it all. The menu focuses on traditional La Mancha cuisine with a subtle modern twist, with a special emphasis on stews and game dishes. Highlights include stewed lentils with blue-winged duck, stewed white beans with game and pickled red partridge stew. The set lunch menu is highly recommended, as are the homemade desserts. The bright, cosy and relaxed space invites you to enjoy without hurry.
