Rubén Sánchez Camacho is the chef and driving force of this project since 2019. His cuisine is rooted in tradition, with deeply flavoured stocks and sauces, showcased through two tasting menus. Iconic Manchegan dishes, with local products and techniques, and excellent results. Migas (traditional dish made from bread), garlic soup, orza (marinated pork loin), duelos y quebrantos (a Quixotean dish of scrambled eggs and chorizo) and much more. His brother Ramón rounds off the experience with an outstanding wine cellar, demonstrating his extensive knowledge of local wines. Spacious and luminous dining room within a weddings and events complex. The perfect place to savour outstanding signature cuisine from La Mancha.
