17th-century farmhouse in idyllic surroundings. Typical interior with stone walls, arches and linen-draped tables, and an excellent terrace. Modern Catalan cuisine with an organic twist, where the emphasis is on local products and slow-food philosophy. Signature versions of typical Catalan recipes, like the long-finned tuna tartare, the lentils with sepionets (cuttlefish), or the pig's trotters with prawns and sea cucumber. Locally sourced vegetables, fish and other ingredients are the stars of the show. They have their own livestock pen and kitchen garden. Good service. Definitely worth a try!
