The Puigdevall family’s old farmhouse in Olot. Fina and her daughters offer local cooking with savoury, old-style recipes transformed into delicate, subtle morsels of haute cuisine. Only a tasting menu with a veggie tendency. Her house Casa Horizonte supplies most of their products. Excellent wine list, with a good representation of local labels. Modern, avant-garde design that surprisingly blends in well with the surroundings. The tables by the window facing the chicken coop are great. This is an example of a perfect combination of tradition, modernity and respect for the environment. A treat for the senses.
