This elegant restaurant occupies a space with high ceilings and an understated décor within Castell de Perelada. It has several dining rooms, private rooms in the towers and a terrace overlooking the lake and gardens. Javier Martínez presents signature cuisine that revisits Catalan and Empordà recipes, bringing them into the present with great delicacy.
