Located in Irún, in a beautiful 18th-century house, it takes its name from the Basque pelota court (trinquete) belonging to the restaurant. Surrounded by nature and at a stone’s throw away from the French border, it has its own kitchen garden and a breeding centre of 100% Wagyu livestock. Three small yet inviting dining rooms with a chimney for winter and a lovely terrace with views for summer. They specialise in grilled meat and fish. Depending on the season, you should also try the mushrooms, piparra peppers, fried artichokes or tomato salad. For dessert, the cheesecake gratin. Very friendly service and wine list with great classic references.
