The restaurant owned by the celebrity chef Karlos Arguiñano is now in the hands of his children, who maintain the spirit of the establishment on the seafront promenade of Zarautz. The restaurant is divided into two areas. On one side, there is a casual bar with a menu of snacks, sandwiches and homemade pastries for breakfast. On the other side, there is the dining room, which offers a menu based on Basque classics and a tasting menu.
