La Era de los Nogales

In a small Pyrenean village of just thirty-eight inhabitants, chef Toño Rodríguez and his young team present a contemporary Aragonese cuisine that blends roots with technical ambition through two tasting menus. The journey alternates between nods to the territory and more refined creations, with highlights including the opening snacks, the seafood courses and a strong presence of local meats. The service, friendly and still evolving, keeps a good pace throughout. The bright dining room, with open views, reinforces a carefully crafted experience that seeks its own identity without falling into excess.
