Set in an old farmhouse in the Sierra de Aracena, this restaurant run by chef Javier Abascal (Lalola, Seville) focuses on sustainability and traditional recipes. The ingredients are sourced locally, from within fifty kilometres of the establishment. Pâté, Iberian cured meats, game, mushrooms, offal, stews, Iberian meats and seasonal fish make up the menu. Standout dishes include marinated pig's ear, venison ragout and Iberian pâté. The space, simply decorated, has been tastefully restored. A good option to disconnect from the city.
