A surprising haute cuisine experience in a small and charming venue located in the historic centre of Úbeda. There’s no à la carte menu, just two tasting menus inspired by historical recipes that capture the flavours of the region. You can choose between a traditional pairing with local beers and wines or a unique, non-alcoholic, house-made pairing, which gives a truly innovative touch. The meal begins in the kitchen and then moves to the lower dining room, located in a 16th-century cave. Some of the dishes you can taste are Sephardic lamb, black trumpet mushrooms in pilpil sauce and extra virgin olive oil ice cream. Take your time to savour the experience fully.
