Lumbre

In this establishment you have to start at the mysterious 17th-century underground wine cellar. They serve appetisers there and you can choose from a wine list with over four hundred labels, many of them available by the glass. You then proceed to the dining room. The offering consists of two tasting menu options – a long one and a short one – based on modern presentations of Rioja dishes. Traditional cuisine meets nouvelle cuisine. Surprising!
