Located at the entrance to Sort, this restaurant with more than thirty years of history subscribes to the slow food philosophy. The simple and family-style exterior does not let on to the marvels you will find inside. They serve traditional cuisine with a creative twist based on two tasting menus: Local Km 0, and Confianza (Trust). All of their dishes are made using local ingredients, and the head waiter gives a brief explanation of each dish as it is served. Great service. A charming spot that brings together quality and authenticity.
