As soon as you step inside, you feel welcome in a cosy dining room with a mountain-inspired décor, featuring wooden beams and stone floors. It’s clear that things are done at a leisurely pace here, using locally sourced ingredients, creativity and plenty of care. Although there is a concise menu featuring an excellent bone marrow with beef tartare, the tasting menu is the best way to explore the proposal at its fullest. Each dish is more surprising than the last. Despite its short history, it is already becoming a must-visit in the area.
