The open kitchen reveals how dishes such as homemade cecina empanada, grilled octopus with mashed potatoes and filloas stuffed with seafood and boletus mushrooms are prepared. The matured T-bone steak takes centre stage, although the cod with ratatouille is not far behind. And to top it all off, homemade desserts that are pure indulgence, with special mention for the hazelnut cheesecake. If the food is good, the service is even better. A well-kept secret among the mountains.
